Other words for said
Area 6 has come up with 31 different words to use instead of said when writing a story. Our goal is to get to 50 words. We would appreciate if you could help us by leaving a comment with your suggestions.

Great work Area 6! I am definitely going to be showing this list to my class so they can start using different words instead of ’said’ to make their writing more interesting. I will also check with them to see if they can think of any more.
